katie's b-day was the 21st of august, and what better way to celebrate than eating italian food!!! we put good use to her presents and made some zucchini panini (say that 3 times fast) with her new panini grill. as you can see, the grill yielded near perfect panini despite the fact that i was at the helm. i liked it so much that i tried cooking everything on the grill, but here were a few ideas that didn't work: yogurt, apple juice, breakfast cereals, fruit-bats, orangutans, and buttermilk.

I see you have "the Griddler" a favorite electrics product of mine, with removable non-stick grill and griddle. (one of the electric products i bought for WS) Happy Birthday Katie, it looks like you had the makings for a great day!
